Purchase

- If Christina Bronold Fitness is unable to deliver or provide the Online Exercise & Nutrition Program, then it may cancel your order (even if it has been accepted) by notice to you. In such circumstances, Christina Bronold Fitness will refund to you the purchase price.

- No purported cancellation or suspension of an order or any part of it by you is binding on BetterNaked. by Christina Bronold Fitneess once the order has been accepted and payment confirmed.

- You are legally entitled to a refund (or replacement, exchange or credit note) in limited circumstances. Please retain your online payment confirmation or credit card statement as proof of purchase for these situations.

- Christina Bronold Fitness will not otherwise provide any refunds so choose carefully. *We do not provide refunds should you change your mind after purchase.*

- Christina Bronold Fitness offers a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on her website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 60 days from your purchase.

- After the 60 days period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. Christina Bronold encourage her customers to try the product (or service) in the first 60 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

- BetterNaked. is a full online program with a one off payment of $99US.

 Refund

How long do refunds take?

The refund is carried out directly for the payment methods PayPal and Credit card.

For the payment methods debit card, bank transfer and Pay now with online banking (Sofort.), it takes a maximum of 10 working days (not weekends) until the money is transferred back to the customer’s bank account. However, it is usually faster than this. We will inform your customers by email that their refund has been received in our system and will be processed within 10 working days.

The delay of up to 10 days serves as security: Some customers submit a refund request and simultaneously make a chargeback request with their house bank. In this case, they would receive double the amount of money, which we as sellers would then have to reclaim, using legal means if necessary. We prevent such incidents by delaying the refund.
